Reviewing.

All scientific articles submitted to the editorial office are subject to mandatory reviewing.

The editor determines the correspondence of the article to the journal's profile, design requirements and sends it for peer review. Authors' articles not in accordance with the profile are not returned to the author, the author is notified of the inconsistency of the article with the profile of the journal.

The reviewers are members of the editorial board and external reviewers - scientists and specialists in this field (doctors, candidates of sciences). The presented author's article is submitted for reviewing to the members of the editorial board of the journal in charge of the corresponding branch of science. In the absence of a member of the editorial board or the receipt of an article from a member of the editorial board, the editor-in-chief sends the article for review to external reviewers.

The reviewer must consider and send to the editorial office the author's article within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt or a reasoned refusal to review.

The review is carried out confidentially for the authors of the articles, is closed and is provided to the author of the manuscript upon his written request, without a signature and indication of the name, position, place of work of the reviewer.

The reviewer can recommend the article for publication; recommend for publication after revision, taking into account the comments; do not recommend the article for publication. If the reviewer recommends the article for publication after revision, taking into account the comments, or does not recommend the article for publication, the review should indicate the reasons for this decision.

The reviewer has the right to point out the need for additions and clarifications to the manuscript, which is then sent (through the editorial office of the journal) to the author for revision. In this case, the date of return of the revised manuscript is considered to be the date of receipt of the manuscript to the editors. The article revised by the author is sent for reviewing again.

After the review is received by the editorial board, at the next meeting of the editorial board, the issue of received reviews is considered and a final decision is made on the publication or refusal to publish the articles. After the final decision to publish articles, information about the accepted articles is posted on the site. Authors who are denied publication of their manuscripts are sent a reasoned refusal.

If the author disagrees with the opinion of the reviewer, the manuscript, in agreement with the editorial board, can be sent for repeated (additional) review.

The order and order of publication of an article is determined depending on the volume of published materials and the list of headings in each specific issue.

The originals of the reviews are subject to storage in the editorial office of the journal for five years.

Copies of the reviews are sent to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation upon receipt of a corresponding request to the editorial office of the publication.
