The purpose of the study was to establish the impact of the use of microbiological and mineral fertilizers on the formation of pasture agrocenoses in the Vologda District. The experiment was started in May 2022 in accordance with the guidelines for conducting field trials of the All-Russian Williams Fodder Research Institute in the field of the North-Western Scientific Research Institute of Dairy and Grassland Farming named after A.S. Emelianov – a separate subdivision of the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution “Vologda Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences”. When creating grass stands for pasture use, certified crops and varieties, which were included in the State Register of Selection Achievements were used: festulolium Allegro, timothy grass Leningradskaia 204, meadow fescue Sverdlovskaia 37, meadow grass Balin, white clover Merlin. The study involved the use of mineral fertilizers and microbiological preparations Bisolbi-T and Extrasol. The treatment was carried out according to the manufacturers' recommendations. Before sowing, mineral fertilizers were applied in the starting dose of N45P60K90, from the second year of life – N90P60K90, N120P60K90, N150P60K90. The use of microbiological preparations in powder and liquid forms had a positive effect on the productivity and nutritional value of perennial pasture grasses in the Vologda Region. When combining mineral fertilizers with the preparation Bisolbi-T, the yield of pasture grass stands increased in comparison to the control by up to 19%, and when using Extrasol – up to 14 %. The content and fractional composition of fiber in pasture grass stands are important for optimizing the diets of farm animals. With a decrease in the content of Neutral Detergent Fiber and Acid Detergent Fiber in the diet, the digestibility of nutrients tends to increase. By influencing the quantity and composition of fiber, the use of microbiological preparations and mineral fertilizers in pasture agrocenoses helps to create an optimal level of the ratio of fiber fractions in pasture grass stand.
