PRODUCTIVE AND BIOLOGICAL PARAMETERS OF OFFSPRING OBTAINED FROM CROSSING LOCAL DAIRY FEMALE GOATS WITH MALE GOATS OF DIFFERENT GENOTYPES IN THE REPUBLIC OF ADYGEA

Studies on the results of crossing local dairy female goats with breeder
goats of the Saanen breed of domestic reproduction and the study of productive and biological
parameters in the offspring were conducted in 2022-2023 in the Republic of Adygea on the
basis of a peasant farm enterprise. The purpose of the research was to study the productive
and biological parameters of goats (1st generation crossbreeds) obtained from crossing local
dairy female goats with purebred male goats of the Saanen breed of domestic reproduction.
Two groups of local dairy female goats were formed to conduct the experiment. The female
goats of the control group were inseminated with freshly obtained sperm from a local breeder
goat (LMхLM), the female goats of the experimental group were inseminated with freshly
obtained sperm from a Saanen breeder goat of domestic reproduction (SAхLM). In the experimental group of female goats, breeding efficiency and birth rate were higher than in the control group by 2,9 abs % and 4,5 abs. % and amounted to 88,6% and 164,5%. At two months
and four months of age, goat kids (1st generation crossbreeds) exceeded their herdmates from
the control group in live weight by 7,7% and 8.4%. A comparison of measurements at two
months and four months of age showed that in all the studied parameters, the goat kids of the
experimental group (SAхLM) exceeded their herdmates from the control group (LMхLM).
The number of erythrocytes, leukocytes and hemoglobin levels in the 1st generation crossbreeds were 3,4%, 7,3% and 7,4% higher than in the control group; parameters of bactericidal, lysozyme and phagocytic activity were higher by 4,8 abs. %, 1,7 abs. %, 3,3 abs. %; the
amount of serum total protein was 2,3% higher.
