Abstract

The reduction of negative processes is the main task of the resource saving system in agriculture. Cellulolytic activity of the soil is determined by the intensity of linen decomposition. The rate of cellulose decomposition in the soil depends on the presence of readily available nitrogen in it, so this method allows us to judge about the energy of soil processes mobilization in general. Employees of the Institute conducted researches on the study of cellulose-decomposing soil activity on the territory of the experimental “Agro landscape” testing ground of the FSBSI “North Caucasus FARC” using the method by linen in the slope conditions. Land use of the testing ground is 80% represented by slope lands from 2º to 5º. The organization of land use on the “Agro landscape” testing ground is based on the landscape structure of the territory that is, recognition of the natural landscaped primacy, there consideration in taxonomic units of the natural boundaries range. The territory of the testing ground is located in the zone of unstable moisture in the Stavropol Territory. The maximum biological activity of soils in spring barley crops was observed at the margin of the plakor by plowing of 39,5%, the minimum by surface treatment was 24,4%. The difference in taxon treatments was less than 1,5%. The application of mineral fertilizers increased the biological activity of the soil by 3-6% compared to the control. On plowing it was 6% higher than on small treatment. The shortage of atmospheric precipitation with an increase in the temperature by 2ºC from the average long-term values prevents the intensive disintegration of the linen, which characterizes the microbiological activity of the soil. The decomposition processes of cellulose are suspended.
